Refund policy
RETURNS
At PYLA SWIM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If you receive an item that does not match your order, is defective, or does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the delivery date to notify us. After this period, no claims will be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return confirmation. You will need to return the item in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, in its original packaging (the PYLA SWIM pouch), along with all accessories and tags, within 14 days of receiving the return validation. The return must be made exclusively via Mondial Relay.
Ensure that the item is in new condition, free from stains, odors, or hair, and that the hygiene protection is intact.
Exceptions: Please note that during promotional periods, sales, or other commercial offers, returns and exchanges are not possible.
Return Fees: Return shipping fees will only be reimbursed if the item received differs from the ordered one or is defective.
Refund Options:
- Store Credit: Once your return is received and accepted, you will receive a store credit equal to the purchase value of the item, valid for 2 years from the email dispatch date.
- Refund: If you prefer a refund, please specify this when requesting a return. Once the return is received and accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days.
- Non-compliance: Any return that does not comply will be rejected, and PYLA SWIM will be released from all responsibility.
Liability
Modifications: Pyla Swim reserves the right to modify the website information at any time without prior notice. Pyla Swim commits to accurately describing the items sold and updating the website information in the best possible conditions. However, Pyla Swim cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision, or completeness of the information provided.
Minor Differences: In the event of minor differences between the photos, texts, illustrations on the website and the items ordered, Pyla Swim's liability will not be engaged.
Price Variations: The customer acknowledges and agrees that the prices of items may vary between the website and physical stores, and that this difference does not justify a request for a full or partial refund of the purchased items.
Force Majeure: Pyla Swim will not be held liable for failure to fulfill its contractual obligations due to an unforeseeable event or force majeure as defined by French case law. A force majeure event includes (but is not limited to): natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, etc. The performance of the T&Cs will be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, and the execution and delivery deadlines will be extended accordingly. Pyla Swim will strive to end the force majeure event or find a solution to fulfill its obligations despite it.
Limitation of Liability: Pyla Swim is only responsible for direct and foreseeable damages incurred during the use of the site or the conclusion of the sales contract with the customer, excluding any indirect damages.
